Responsibilities:

Assistant Producer

Is event planning your thing? Are you a master at organization and coordination? Then this might be the role for you. The Production team oversees everything from production to logistical and technical aspects of the agency’s live, virtual and/or hybrid events. The Assistant Producer will work alongside our other Producers to develop all logistical and technical aspects of an event. They will also help source vendors and will work to secure all program elements, including print & production materials, promotional materials, as well as swag. As every team has an order and structure that helps them succeed at what they do, the Assistant producer will also assist the Production team with various administrative tasks.

 Assistant Strategist – Partnerships

Making connections isn’t just a skill. It’s an art form. And when the right connections are made, they can become lasting partnerships. The Partnership Strategy team works with leading brands, properties, and non-profits in Canada to craft impactful data-driven strategies that are aligned with our client’s goals and objectives. Our analysts and strategists love to solve problems, analyze data, conduct research, and build solid recommendations to help drive our client’s business. The Assistant Strategist will help deliver inputs into several stages of the agency process, from providing marketing research and analysis related to target consumers, to developing sponsorship recommendations and program evaluations.

 Assistant Creative

Creativity isn’t just a skill, it’s a calling. The Creative Assistant is responsible for providing creative design solutions for a wide variety of projects across a terrific roster of clients. Ideally, the Creative Assistant will understand creative strategy, idea creation and will have a passion for flawless execution. Their portfolio will demonstrate that they know how to create work that gets noticed and work that gets people excited. Their attention to hierarchy is insane and their relationship with typography is near obsessive. The Creative Assistant loves the idea of a collaborative structure where anyone can have a great idea.

Assistant Marketing and Communications

No two days are ever the same. The Marketing Assistant has a passion for communications and public relations. They are an excellent writer that thrives on creating compelling and engaging content where punctuation and grammar are always top of mind. They can create compelling and engage content that tells the T1 story on various channels, including our website, social channels, case studies, newsletters, and press releases. They will assist in the development of social media posts and overall community management of all T1’s social channels.

 Assistant Account Coordinator

Working with clients and contributing to incredible projects can feel like a dream, but there is so much more to it than meets the eye. The Assistant Account Coordinator will help support the Client Engagement team in the day-to-day client and account management for a variety of clients. The Assistant Account Coordinator will conduct and present research, will analyze data and will help identify industry trends. They will also support with various financial and administration support including the development of weekly status agendas, contact reports, work back schedules and program reporting.

And while they are obviously amazing, they don’t take themselves too seriously.
