CSLS started in 2005 following feedback from delegates at the inaugural Canadian Sponsorship Forum in Vancouver, British Columbia, which highlighted a need for Canadian-specific and national-level data for strategic planning in the sponsorship industry.
Since then, the CSLS has provided in-depth insights on the scope, scale and trends of Canada’s sponsorship industry, including: industry size, spending by sector, activation trends, evaluation practices, strategic priorities and future outlook.
The study draws on both academic and industry resources to provide information that is relevant, highly ethical and provides expertise for sponsors, properties and agencies.
