We are one of Canada’s most respected sponsorship Consulting teams and we are looking to expand our team to include a new Senior Analyst that is both eager and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in either business or marketing, and 2–4 years of sponsorship marketing or consulting experience. We are interested in candidates who have sponsorship experience from brands, sport properties, not-for-profits or agencies.

As a Senior Analyst, Consulting – Sponsorship, you are subject to reasonable direction by your manager, and are responsible for providing research and analysis to support the development of sponsorship strategies, sponsorship asset frameworks, business plans, marketing strategy and ROI evaluations.

Specific responsibilities and qualifications will include:

Project Management

  • Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables and status reports

Client Management

  • Ensure clients feel at ease and excited to work with T1

Research & Data Analysis

  • Knowledge of basic research science and data analysis (interpretation of regression models, indexing, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of where to find information and data that is relevant in sponsorship marketing, and how to be professional in requesting it from outside parties (if necessary)
  • Resourcefulness/ability to think of unconventional ways to get information that can serve project and/or client needs

Marketing Acumen

  • Knowledge of sponsorship/XM best practices and benchmarks
  • In tune with sponsorship industry developments/news, in order to uncover new information sources as they emerge

  • Strong overall computer skills, especially a love for analysis in Excel and creating dynamic presentations in Keynote and/or PowerPoint
