Job Title: Director, Partnership Strategy, Cause &Purpose

Terms of Employment: Contract Role – 20 hrs. a week (April – December)

Reports To: VP, Business Development

Location: 10 Alcorn Ave, Toronto, ON (Hybrid or Remote)

  • This person will work closely with the partnership strategy team of consultants across a variety of not-for-profit client projects developing custom sponsorship strategies, including employee engagement programs, fundraising, and other revenue-generating strategies.
  • The director will manage a portfolio of clients and programs and is expected to develop insightful strategic recommendations that drive impactful business results for our non-profit clients.
  • They are expected to speak knowledgeably with clients about the non-profit space, revenue generation tactics, and sponsorship in general.
  • Additionally, they possess robust people management skills and have a proven record of guiding teams to build cohesive strategies for organizations in the space.
  • Finally, as part of this role, they will be responsible to bring on new clients, pitch new business, promote the agency across the industry, and support on RFP processes.

And while they are obviously amazing, they don’t take themselves too seriously.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Can manage, develop, and inspire a team of consultants. Set the standards of
  • delivery, challenging them to continuously improve processes, outcomes, and   service levels.
  • Support the business development team in bringing new business opportunities to the agency across cause and purpose-based clients.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables and work for our consulting project reports and presentations supported by the team.
  • Lead and facilitate client-facing meetings, interviews and working sessions.
  • Accountable to create strong and trusted relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure that the work being delivered is solving our clients ‘needs and progressing against the timelines and budgets promised.
  • Proven success in a high-performance culture and comfortable pushing and being pushed to outperform expectations.

Working With T1: Compensation, Working Hours & More:

  • We’re looking for someone who can commit 20 hours a week to our team, on a set schedule (e.g., MWF 10am – 2pm – this is just an example, we’ll set this together).
